This Skills Readiness Initiative is borne of the recognition that Botswana has an immediate opportunity to leverage its human resources to establish a competitive advantage in cross-border financial and ICT services in Sub Saharan Africa.

The purpose of the Skills Readiness Initiative is to expose graduates and young professionals to career opportunities in the Financial Services and ICT sectors. The Skills Initiative consists of 4 main ongoing components, namely:
